Let yourself be carried away by their voices\, the frenzied playing of the accordion and the joyful sound of the flutes\, to the rhythm of the stompbox. The musical worlds of each of the musicians\, who share a common classical heritage and a love of traditional European music and dance\, have enabled them to develop a duo with a unique language and a distinctive aesthetic\, full of finesse and energy. The influence of dance in their music allows them to offer a repertoire suited to intimate concerts\, small gatherings and festivals alike. Discover their compositions and a few traditional songs rearranged with finesse on their first album\, Radio Lambert! \n\nJuliette Ferreira: Flutes\, vocals\nLolita Pariaud: Accordion\, stompbox\, vocals\n\nIt was undoubtedly written somewhere that Didier Laloy\, a pupil of Bruno Le Tron at the age of 13\, would one day play with him. With Tref (accompanied by Wim Claeys and Frédéric Malempré) and Les Samuraï (one of Europe’s finest accordion quintets)\, they have had the opportunity to prove that they are both giants of the diatonic accordion. But when they perform as a duo\, the result is a perfect\, balanced partnership that shares folk music at the height of its art. A few classics from the folk dance repertoire\, of course\, but a few surprises too! \n  \n\nTo respect the neighbours\, we’ll have to finish at 22:00.\nRegistration on the website of Frisse Folk is highly recommended\, due to limited capacity.\nNo need to print or show your entry ticket for the event. DESCRIPTION:Folytatjuk a Hagyományok Háza állandó táncházsorozatát\, melynek változatlanul az Átrium ad otthont\, minden szombaton 19 óra és hajnal 2 között. Ezen az alkalmon kiegészülnek a programok a Verbunk Napjának ünneplésével is. \nVerbunk Napja \n2019 őszén a verbunk tánchagyománya felkerült az UNESCO Szellemi Kulturális Örökség Nemzeti Jegyzékébe. E jeles elismerést ünnepelve és a hagyományt továbbéltetve idén a Hagyományok Háza Táncháza ad otthont a Verbunk Napjának. Az est során a hajdúnánási Aranyszalma Néptáncegyüttes kalauzolja a közönséget a rábaközi\, felcsíki és szatmári verbunk\, valamint csárdás gazdag tánchagyományába. A határokon átívelő rendezvénysorozat budapesti állomásán a résztvevők három tájegység legszebb táncait élvezhetik egy estben\, valódi élményt kapva a magyar népi kultúra sokszínűségéből. \nBeavató táncház\nA nagy hagyományokkal rendelkező\, beavató táncház mindenki számára lehetővé teszi\, hogy megismerkedjen az adott napon sorra kerülő falvak népzenéjével\, néptáncával\, és olyan közösségi szórakozásban legyen része\, amelynek során mindig újabb és újabb ismeretekre tehet szert. \nTáncházainkban nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a tánctanításra\, a táncoslábú érdeklődők több hónapon keresztül\, kiváló oktatóktól tanulhatják egy-egy tájegység táncát. A ciklusok zárásait bállal ünnepeljük meg\, és minden alkalomra meghívjuk az adott tájegységről származó helyi zenészeket is. Tehetséges népdalénekesekkel ismerkedünk az egyes tájegységek dallamkincsével\, és a táncházi élet legismertebb zenekarai húzzák a talpalávalót hajnalig\, így a felhőtlen szórakozásra is alkalmat kínálunk.\n„Nekünk alapvető dolgunk az\, hogy beavató táncház legyünk\, ami azt jelenti\, hogy bárki\, aki az utcáról bejön\, az élménnyel menjen haza\, és ne azt érezze\, hogy a magyar tánc olyan nehéz\, hogy én ezt még egyszer meg sem próbálom.” (Kelemen László)\nKezdő tánctanfolyamunkra szeretettel várjuk a teljesen kezdőket és az újrakezdőket! Kezdő csoportunkban olyan alap tánctudást szerezhetnek a táncolni vágyók\, amivel bátran tudnak majd mulatni a táncházakban. \nBelépő:\nTánctanfolyam és táncház: 2500 Ft\nTáncház jegy 21 órától: 2000 Ft \nJegypénztárunk este 18-22 óráig tart nyitva\, így a később érkezők csak online tudnak jegyet vásárolni\, amit érdemes előre megváltani. Drawing from the wealth of indigenous songs from across Europe\, including sean-nós\, Systir connects ancient vocal styles with contemporary storytelling. \nAshplant\, a highly talented band from Tampere with a repertoire that spans of lively jigs from County Clare\, spirited hornpipes from Galway\, and energetic reels from Sligo\, perform in Oulu for the first time. \ninSpiral Dance Company Finland\, the country’s biggest Irish dance school\, take the stage for a special performance of traditional Irish jigs and reels with fresh modern moves that’s full of passion\, power\, and pure joy. \nOral storytelling is a highly popular event at the festival with numerous storytelling events by Irish storytellers Órla Mc Govern and Niceol Blue and local storytellers Anna-Kaisa Kettunen\, Brent Ó Caiside\, Osmo Hakosalo\, and Anu Vehkomäki. \nOpening day of the festival features Nordic Night\, an evening program this year focusing on oral folklore and traditional music from Oulu. Stories from the North focuses on a northern theme with stories from Oulu\, \nNorth Carolina and County Donegal will be hosted by storytellers Brent Ó Caiside and Osmo Hakosalo followed by a concert by NOPE\, a four-piece band active in the Oulu folk music and dance scene whose music combines virtuoso fiddle\, ethereal vocals\, and a catchy rhythm. \nNumerous music workshops by band members of Lúnasa and Systir are offered as are two Irish dance courses and a children’s dance course. Highly acclaimed Irish dancer Siobhan Butler returns to teach and further develop the ever so popular sean nós dance course and Nelli Sinisalo\, an experienced Irish dance teacher from Tampere\, will teach the beginner Irish dance course and children’s dance course. As well\, there will be a dance performance by the dancers of inSpiral Dance Company from Tampere. \nNumerous cultural discussions\, music workshops\, daily traditional Irish music sessions\, and an Irish Cooking and Dining Experience\, Festival Clubs and much more are on during the world’s northernmost Irish cultural festival. \nAdditionally\, we will publicly launch Cultural Kaleidoscopes\, our 2026 European Capital of Culture event which becomes the northernmost ever Irish cultural event part of an official European Capital of Culture program.

Since she was young\, she has cultivated a passion for the accordion\, her signature instrument\, which she masters self-taught and incorporates into her artistic projects.\nCome discover this new talent\, recently arrived in Belgium\, and her ball\, which combines compositions and arrangements inspired by neo-folk and Balkan music.\nLet’s mix it ! \nEverybody welcome\, with or without dance experience or dance partner.\nIf necessary\, Elena will explain one or two dances. \nShared buffet\nEveryone brings snacks (without plates or cutlery)\, and drinks to share. Sein Repertoire reicht von traditionellen Melodien aus Böhmen und Mähren\, über Blues bis hin zu Weltmusik. \nDie Gruppe Malbrook gehört zu den international erfolgreichsten Folkbands aus Norddeutschland und wurde unter anderem mit dem Weltmusikpreis „Ruth“ beim legendären Rudolstadt Festival ausgezeichnet. Sie spielt traditionelle Melodien aus Norddeutschland mit viel Energie und sehr unterhaltsam auf Diatonischem Akkordeon\, Dudelsack\, Mandola und Kontrabass. Von treibenden Tanzmelodien bis hin zu melancholischen Liedern. \nDas Duo Meyering & Waterstradt spielt Eigenkompositionen zwischen Folk\, Blues und Weltmusik. Beeindruckende Instrumentalstücke ebenso wie einfühlsame Balladen. \nZusammen sind sie das Projekt “Michal Müller & Nordwelle“.
