It combines a crash course in folk dancing with a vibrant club atmosphere on the dance floor\, creating a full evening together with good friends\, including the ones you have not met yet. \nExpect some of the hottest sounds in folk music right now: a blend of traditional folk tunes and folk techno\, performed by local musicians. Electronica joins forces with the Hardanger fiddle\, accordion\, jaw harp\, and percussion in a slightly unlikely\, yet wonderfully danceable mix. \nOn Saturday\, 26 September\, Klubb Komle visits Teater Vestland to hand over the concept before RaspeKlubb continues on its own feet. DESCRIPTION:At the end of September\, organization “BalTfolk” will organize regular event “Balfolk Placis” (eng. – balfolk place)\, but this time it will happen almost whole day! \nWe’ll start dancing at 3:00 PM with dance workshops.\nFirst workshop – to give an introduction for every newcommer\, and those who want to practice basic steps.\nSecond workshop with a dance expert from Lithuania Arturas Puskunigis\, who will introduce us to some balfolk dances we haven’t explored yet. \nAt 6.30 PM any musician ir warmly invited to join the Open Stage. Whether you’re learning an instrument and would like to share your skills with an audience\, or you are a musician who has learned some new dance tunes and wants to try them out on dancers\, or maybe you are a new duo or trio eager to perform together for the first time – the Open Stage is for you! Each musician or group can sign up to perform up to three traditional\, balfolk or original dance music pieces. Don’t hesitate to join in! \nThe afternoon will fly by with music\, dancing\, good company\, and delicious treats from the market. During the breaks between workshops and live music\, there will be plenty of opportunities to practise the dances you’ve learned to some of the best balfolk recordings. \nAt 8.00 PM to conclude an perfect evening\, the amazing Rahu Dance Trio will take the stage and keep the dance floor buzzing! \nWe’ll definitely be waiting for you to join us and enjoy the atmosphere of a mini music and dance festival together as autumn begins!

Volkskunstgroep Reynout vzw sluit hier naadloos bij aan en nodigt iedereen uit om in het weekend van 25 en 27 september 2026 gratis te komen proeven van volksdans en landsknechttrommelen. \n  \nErvaar de kracht van samen dansen\nOp vrijdag 25 september 2026 om 20:15 uur opent Reynout de deuren voor een sfeervolle open repetitie volksdansen. Bezoekers stappen meteen de dansvloer op onder het motto ‘al doende leren’. Ervaring is niet nodig: plezier\, beweging en verbinding staan centraal. \n  \nKrachtige ritmes: Maak kennis met de landsknechttrommel\nOp zondag 27 september 2026 om 10:00 uur volgt een open repetitie van de befaamde trommelaars en vendeliers van Reynout (#bekendevendeliers). De focus ligt die ochtend op het landsknechttrommelen.
