European Folk Day – September the 23rd

Discover the Ukulele in Our Workshops!
Get to know this charming four-stringed instrument: the ukulele. This morning workshop is open to everyone—whether you’re an absolute beginner, an enthusiastic rookie, an advanced player, or a true virtuoso. Musician and experienced ukulele teacher Karl Catteeuw will guide you on a journey through basic chords, playing techniques, and various musical genres. Whether you’re playing your first notes or looking for a new challenge, this workshop will set you on the right note.
One thing is certain: by the end of the morning, you’ll have made significant progress and will be able to play at least a few familiar songs at your level. Aloha, ohala, owlala!
No experience required!
Are you an absolute beginner with no musical background? No problem! The ukulele is surprisingly easy to learn, and we ensure everyone feels comfortable.
Practical Information
The sessions start at 10:00 AM, last approximately two hours, and cost €12 per participant.
