Acoustic Night: Little Kim Trio (B)

Belgian singer/songwriter Little Kim, aka Kimberly Claeys, sings with a clear and soulful voice in English, Flemish, and occasionally French. Her personal and emotional songs are touching. This year, her second solo album, “Ademhalen,” was released, which also featured singer/songwriter and guitarist Bruno Denerckere and pedal steel guitarist Bart Vervaeck. The trio impresses with honest songwriting, clear voices, and a band sound that is both down-to-earth and melodic. Live, the trio plays with great intensity, combining authentic country and Americana sounds with Flemish culture.
